What does WIC provide?

  • Eating tips for you and your child
  • Breastfeeding support
  • Referrals to health care and community resources

What foods does WIC provide?

  • Milk
  • Juice
  • Cheese
  • Infant Formula
  • Eggs
  • Cereal
  • Dried beans and peas
  • Peanut butter
  • Infant cereal
  • Bread
  • Fruit
  • Vegetables
  • Infant Foods
  • Tuna and carrots (breastfeeding women only)

Am I eligible for WIC?

WIC is for...
  • Pregnant women
  • Breastfeeding women who have had a baby in the last 12 months
  • Women who have had a baby in the last six months
  • Infants
  • Children up to five years of age

To be eligible for WIC, you must also meet WIC income guidelines. Even if you have a job, you may be eligible. If you are on Work First Family Assistance, Medicaid, or in the Baby Love Program, you already meet the income guidelines.
