| Title: Fire/Emergency Management Administrative |

| Description: PART-TIME 25-29 HOURS PER WEEK / FLEXIBLE WITH NO BENEFITS. Perform daily activities such as typing letters, answering phones, responding to public visitors, maintaining fire inspection and permit billing as well as tracking all inspection/permit fees paid and depositing said fees in a timely manner. Position will be responsible for miscellaneous financial tasks associated with balancing a budget and paying invoices. Position will work under the direct supervision of the Emergency Services Director. |
| Experience Required: Must have high school diploma; a minimum of two (2) years experience in an administrative position; computer experience using windows XP; ability to type formal business letters; some minor accounting knowledge; must be able to function well under pressure; or a combination of education, training and experience. |
| Experience Preferred: Associates degree or certificate in secretarial or administrative functions; background in Emergency Services |
