Welcome to Alexander County Animal Controls Online Animal Database. Looking for your lost dog or cat? Interested in adopting a dog or cat and do not see what you want on our website? Click here jpennell@alexandercountync.gov, to send us an e-mail. For lost animals, give us all the details about your lost pet and include a contact name and telephone number. To be put on an adoption waiting list, let us know what you are looking for, your name and a contact number. We will contact you if an animal comes in to our shelter meeting your description. Our adoption fee for all animals is $75.00 (cash only). All animals are spayed or neutered and given a 1 year rabies vaccine prior to being released to adoptive owners.
