Alexander County Parks & Recreation currently owns and maintains five recreational parks in Alexander County: East Alexander Park, Jaycee Park, Taylorsville Town Park, Bethlehem Park, and Dusty Ridge Park.
The Recreation Department offers a variety of recreational activities for all ages, playground equipment, ballfields, tennis courts and various special events throughout the year.
Recreation Activities
The gym at the Old Wittenburg Elementary School is available to public between 8:30am and 4:30pm daily, Monday through Friday. (except on county holidays)
