Aid to the Blind that assists the visually impaired with eye certifications, adjustment and self-support, mobility and counseling services.

Adult Day Care assists persons with the cost of daily care that allows their family care-giver to work.
Case Management
Case Management to connect the elderly and disabled with proper services and coordinate them to the customer's benefit.
Guardianship and Payee
Guardianship and Payee services to individuals who are in jeopardy of being deprived of basic needs. Social Services serves as the court-appointed guardian for individuals declared incompetent to manage their own affairs and serves as payee for individuals who receive Social Security or other income but have difficulty managing their resources to meet their needs.
In-home Services
In-home Services are provided to aged and disabled who need assistance with activities of daily living such as light housekeeping, shopping, and meal preparation.
Long-term Care/Community Alternatives
Long-term Care/Community Alternatives Program enables qualified Medicaid recipients in need of skilled nursing or intermediate nursing care to remain at home with appropriate in-home services.
Nutrition Services for the Elderly
Nutrition Services for the Elderly are provided through Congregate Meal sites at Friendship Lutheran Church and Stony Point Baptist Church. Nutritious meals, fellowship and activities are provided each weekday. Home Delivered Meals provide a noon meal to elderly and disabled in order to maintain and improve their health.
Protective Services for Adults
Protective Services for Adults screens, assesses, and evaluates reports of adult abuse, neglect and exploitation.
Special Assistance
Special Assistance provides supplemental payments to aid in the cost of care for adults in Family Care, Assisted Living or Adult Care Homes.
Transportation
Transportation is available for assisting individuals to obtain medical care and other needed services. This service may be purchased through transportation providers or payment to volunteers.
